("Lianhetech") is delighted to announce today the completion of the acquisition of Fine Industries Limited, based in Middlesbrough, UK, including its subsidiaries Fine Organics Ltd. and Fine Environmental Services Ltd. (the "Fine Industries Group") from NorthEdge Capital, based in Manchester, UK, and management. The completion is following receipt of applicable regulatory and legal approvals.
